那天一位军友告知，新一届的吉辇童军团团长为女的，上层都是女的.哗！男兵哪里去了...没有适合人选吗？不管怎样，能者居之，性别不是最重要的问题。希望这一位女中豪杰可以为吉辇童军带来新的制度，新的管理方式.....改变，改变，再改变！
