传达正确的理念，让童军们了解人生正确的价值观。学习互相尊重，聆听才能更健全的成长。人，一定要有主见，但不代表我们可以封闭更多的经验和知识，因为他人的成长的确可以让我们在面对难题时，更有勇气！

37th Kerian Scout is going to Xiang Yang(kinta there) on 6th-7th June!
3 buses!! 100++ members! Even the bigoted principal, Madam Ng is going too!

Not to mention, it takes a great cost for them to participate on this attention-getting skills competition! The bus fee is RM2.7k for the 3 but Madam Ng kindly offer half of the fee(using school $$ for sure)! BRAVO!!!

I'm sure the current ajk, our juniors have strong and correct motive that not to have fun but fight for honour and glory! Show their leadership, cooperation and strength in kemahiran to middle+southern scout troops in East Malaysia!!!!

Put 37th Kerian Scout again on the top, standing in the eyes of all other scout troops in Malaysia!

By the way, the current Ketua Pasukan, Jun Yuan hopes that x-scouts can also participate on this grand event, a historical moment to be!

How to create 39 Kings Scout in year 96/97

I believe why that year can have so many King scout.. in a year.... and now the problem in school i think will be have the same issue that happened in year 96/97....
ok on that year we did attend alot of campfire also and also attend alot of camp exam.. "work hard play hard".. I still remember when we are AJK we are just get lencana Usaha at that time... so all AJK have to speed up to rework it back into the rite way.... and that time we have a problem of our own AJK they not agree with the member that having same rank with them. so after a few meeting and war among AJK then the X scout Mr Beh Siang Long come in and agree with our ideal to standard it all in the year of 96...... so we adjust and adjust... is a year that i heard AJK go to camp exam with the member ... and Krian District so shock when see us everytime go to camp with two bus and a lorry... ahahhaha but is fun... we still have the quality and the quantity. so this is what we set last time but i don't know whether this still maintance or already fly to the sky.......

you can see from the way to build up the strong process... if you can follow then it will be more and more thing u learn without destroy your life of study. ........

AJK meeting we all have every tuesday for top AJK (ketua pasukan, Pen Ketua Pasukan x 2, Bendahari, setiausaha x 2) and wednesday all AJK ... and this all are doing after school ok ... no in school time....

so this is something to share for you all... i have to back to work bye ..............................

Being a Kelana or Peminpin...

I just read a comment from our X scout member they are thinking to be the Kelana N Peminpin... I m just thinking are u really want to be Kelana or Peminpin for Fun or for what.... we being attend the kelana & maniKayu Course before and being awarded as Pen Peminpin in the whole Krian Disctrict School Before... but ... because of this most of the Guru Peminpin in school scare... coz we are younger then them.. dunnu why.. even Krian Scout Guru Peminpin also scare about this and go to request to be peminpin hahaha funny... For Us Krian X Scout of course we also hope that can be part of the Krian District Scout member but for my opinion i think the most important thing is to help up our Krian Scout to improve on their Skill and other Scout knowledge... pioneering , Champ knowledge ..for us this few year we really less see all this thing....really sad ... I remember when i join scout we are build up alot of gadget in a camp... we build kithchen we build dinning table, we build food rack and is alot alot big and huge gadget.... is fun! but now i only can see a camp and those simple simple gadget.. even a tiang bendera with a creative creation. So before you being a kelana the first thing is you all have to build up the strong knowledge for them. actually in scout you can get kelana when you are in secondary school already... but why cannot... in Krian Scout.

one more thing that you all have to change the concept to being a scout is not because of campfire or because of the uniform or other matters... being a Scout is to learn more skills that you can get it from a book or other place . Is to learn to be independent and is not to be how to taker girl scout hahhahaa just joking... Scout is a team work and is a lot of fun thing that you can enjoy in scout life.....

One question that always make me think about it.. with the technology today and the High End equipment in today world.... Issit all the children now don't like scout activity.... or they prefer to stay at home and enjoy their PSP, PS games or PC ... or chatting all the while..... but for me I always see Scouting activity is quite HOT in other big City.... Jit Sin Scout still have this quality and amount of member ... and also same with other like Chung Ling and Hen Yee Penang... So I always talk to KZ why they can still maintain the feel and the way of being a Scout, and why Krian Scout always Drop...till like meeting also have to ask till 半死 only come for a meeting.....
is a lot of question appear ... issit because of School ...? or is because of Scout member Personal attitude..................................haiz......................too many question....hope that we can see some result after this... hope King Scout can appear again break 97/98 record 39 king scout... not only in Krian District but in State... and can see a better camp being organized with more more item in a Tapak Camp.... Pioneering will be appear again in a Camp....

回到母校的理想！！！

阅读了ET(振科)对离校童军的历史发表看法，当中一个内容提及"我们是不是多余"，的确令我感触...对于校方曾经要求离校的童军回母校帮忙的观点，我想今日的母校未必可以了解离校童军当年成立的意义和意念。不过对我来说，这不重要，重要的是我们的学弟是否可以在逐渐失去童军精神之余，依然了解离校童军曾经的用心呢.... (因反对而反对的道理，社会是不能容纳的)

真心话，童军生活在我(徐子毅团长的带领)的时代的确很有意义，尤其是我们对于每一次的camping和meeting 都不断有值得回忆的事情发生。包括团长要和大家多"交通...交通"的事迹，Kem Jaya 作弄前辈的笑话...砍竹游泳的乐趣...Bukit Merah expedisi 跳入沟渠换来的笑话...等等等等。(我唯一遗憾的是没有坚持去考取皇家童军)...

所以在回乡后，偶然遇见2名以前的老师(Miss Teoh 和 Puan Kee)。从老师那得知了不少学校近况，已经大不如前。老师也希望离开母校的学生可以认真回来母校帮忙，把学弟们引导正确的方向...我也很应酬的回应老师。不过，想想老师的话没错。"如果学生不珍惜校园生活，用心去培育自己，将来要如何立足社会"(没有经济能力的当然会面临更大的生活压力；有经济基础的还是要懂得善用，不然还是会面临人类世界的排斥)

回母校帮忙？这想法的确曾经在脑海闪过，不过该如何呢？因此第一件事就是利用自己在媒体的身份，再找寻学校的辅导协会配合，又从自己身旁的朋友(当然他们都是在社会有一定的成就的人选)回母校分享创意设计的知识，当然也获得很多学生的回应。(听得懂不懂就不知道了)。。。不过这是一个开始。

过后也在缘分的安排，开始接触了06/07的童军团，坦白说他们还真有能力，学业也不错，重要的是人品很好。就这样和他们配合学习了不少经验...孰知来到07/08年的理事，离校童军就好象"多余"了很多...(往事不再提)

接触吉辇中学童军团时，坦白说有很多离校童军(曾经用心的)都奉劝我，不要管那么多，好好为自己的事业打算，不要浪费时间。刚开始在自己刚燃烧的心情，我不是很赞同他们的说法...所以选择再走进一步...直到新校长的来临，直到学弟妹....我开始认同之前的说法....

阅读振科说及"感觉自己象傻瓜"这想法我想曾经用心的离校童军也有同样的感觉。坦白说现代的孩子我们已经不了解他们要什么(除非他们愿意和我们交朋友)...

走过30个月的采访生活，巴里文打，尤其是吉辇中学的确需要"有理想的年轻人"。不过对于该校所谓的3大机构，又是否可以容纳理想青年带来的改变呢？1600名学弟妹单靠3大机构，又是否可以将他们培育的更好呢？以我们距离不到20年的生活和已经离开超过40年的校友，这当中有多少代沟是"有心人"愿意去体会呢？但我也不否认他们的贡献，毕竟学校的硬体设备，他们功不可没。

无论如何，军友们，如果你还有一线期望，有能力的话，不要选择放弃"回到母校的理想"，因为它需要时间改变....这里就是我们保持联系，跟进母校发展的地方....

一些有關離校童軍的歷史

前陣子曉松有跟我提到離校童軍的歷史, 我對他說給我一段時間吧! 我也覺得有義務讓你們知道他的過程. 所有過程因該是發生在1994年的時候吧! 正確的時間我忘了(請原諒老人記性差)就是何仁豪當團長的時期, 他秘書打電話到蘭卡威找我, 希望我回來當他們營火會頒獎人, 之後就被他們纏著不放, 主席的悲哀! 過一陣子我從蘭卡威回來家鄉, 仁豪对我說校方希望我們成立離校童軍來協助母校童軍.(請母校童軍記住這一點)

經過多次的會議, 我們同意成立離校童軍團. 過程看起來很簡單, 我們留過多少血漢淚水, 母校童軍們你們看到嗎? 體會到嗎? 第一任主席的誕生就是因為我年紀最大而當的. 我們花了所有能力請求離校童軍回來幫忙, 但得到的結果是甚麼你們知道嗎? 我常和進寶說:我們好像傻瓜與笨蛋.

过了一年學校換校長, 我們變成是多餘的. 校方, 董事部, 家教協會, 校友會對我們的看待是甚麼? 如今因該也差不了多少吧? 第二任主席我要求進寶來當, 我對他說: 我要離校童軍裡不是只有一位王振科, 我們需要改變需要成長, 但請放心我會陪著你們永遠不會放棄(除非我突然死掉就沒話說). 之後我們就開始有領袖訓練營, 童軍杯等等活動. 我們付出的時間, 金錢, 精神有沒有白流呢? 母校童軍們可以告訴我嗎? 我們是不是多餘的?

我會很對你們(母校童軍)這樣說是因為我在做領袖訓練營時, 你們常問我的問題, 離校童軍對你們的貢獻是甚麼? 我會心痛! 心痛我的付出不是你們所要的, 更不懂你們要的是甚麼. 所以我才會對國振說請他一定要再把部落格做好, 一次的失敗不是永遠的失敗, 我需要用部落格來轉達我的心聲.

童軍的宗旨是甚麼你們還記得嗎? 不要告訴我是營火會, 這是讓我更心痛的事情, 因為母校第一屆營火會在1989年所辦的也就是說主辦人就是我們那一屆理事! 我希望你們花多一點時間在了解童軍的意義.

我說了很多重話, 不是現在而是過去也是如此, 我是罵人時聾子都聽得到團長更是惡魔主席, 下次見到我有多遠跑多遠吧!

06/07吉辇童军团举办营火会获校长黄锦爱校长的赞扬。。。。相信这也是童军当初最主要的鼓励！<新校长新作风>吉辇中学很多事情已经改变，尤其是校长重视的学生品德和纪律。无论如何，这都是好的开始，希望可以完整的结束。
一个活动，不是一个人的责任，它是一个团队的责任，虽然童军精神不如当初，但老实说母校的吉辇童军还是有一定的实力，值得大家骄傲。相等的，如果可以从过去领悟，体会和检讨，相信吉辇童军成绩不只这样。。。可以更好。。。。

Through this trip only we understand deeply how fortunate & lucky we are.
Yes, we might not be very rich,
but at least,

We have a wonderful family;
We have someone really love and care about us;
We are healthy;
We are mentally and physically fit;
We have the chance to enjoy life;
We have the opportunity to stand on the luckier side and do charity works and help the unfortunates one.....

But a lot more people like those we met that day do not.

This trip cheers and lightens up my life. I feel happy and satisfied with myself more than ever.

槟城慈善游透透，吉辇童军团和离校童军终于在充满意义的心情出发，把欢笑带到各处，以最纯的思想唤醒更有意义的童军生活....

各位军友。。。

当我们同在一起...出现童军火花 ！

2008年3月16日(星期天)，可以说是数届童军擦出精神火花。现场我们商议了不少时间，06/07和07/08童军也受邀出席一起共商大计。不同年龄的大家，各有各的看法，你一句，我一句(尤其是话最多的阿子铭先生，从头到尾给了不多也不少的"意见"),怎样都好，我们同在一起的时刻，过程擦出了不少童军火花...但愿，这一刻可以永远保留着，为我们学弟妹和自己建立更好的桥梁，这当中没有利益和权利的存在，只有真诚和感激的心。因为只有无私，路才能更长远....

童军都关心：KEM LATIHAN的举行，我们应该可以更好！！！

对于07/08童军团所举办的KEM LATIHAN,离校的童军是多么的关心，他们不断在现场追问了解(可怜的翠芬和朝好，辛苦了)。不是想"旧事重提"，只是觉得童军精神，应该可以更团结。而不会因个人私心，单存想法来断绝现有的意义。无论如何，事情，活动过了，我们要向前迈进团结的精神。

这里应该称赞一下，06/07的吉辇中学童军的确在过去发挥了团结精神，他们的友谊，值得我们珍惜。(不要骄傲喔！)

我们决定了一日的槟城慈善游透透，日期定在3月20日。这是另一个突破，我们一同学习如何关爱，和珍惜，把这一切的经验，逐步的感染童军生活，给学弟妹找回应有的归宿。下次再说.....
